At the initial inquiry, the Ifco design and sales consultant will isolate the client's requirements and design a building package in line with a designated budget.
A comprehensive proposal is then presented to include drawings, specifications and full costings. There are no hidden costs and all options are listed for consideration, including a full "turnkey" project if requested.
All proposals encompass statutory requirements under the Building Code of Australia to ensure clients can obtain local council permits.
Documentation, including engineering computations, required for council permits can be issued by Ifco's registered Building Surveyor for a very reasonable fee.
For cyclonic conditions, the buildings can be built to appropriate standards and ratings supplied.
Clients can purchase or hire their new buildings, depending on whether the cost is to be allocated as "on balance sheet" or "off balance sheet".
